En una olla con agua hirviendo agrega el br\u00f3coli y deja hervir durante 2-3 minutos. Retirar de la olla y reservar.<br>2. En una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a a\u00f1ade el aceite vegetal y sofr\u00ede las salchichas durante unos minutos.<br>3. Desenrolla el hojaldre sobre una tabla de cortar y dispone primero el br\u00f3coli, la salchicha preparada y los cubitos de queso. Enrolla el hojaldre y c\u00f3rtalo en 8-9 trozos. Repite el proceso para el segundo hojaldre.<br>4. Transfiera las piezas a la bandeja para hornear cubierta con papel pergamino para crear la forma del \u00e1rbol de Navidad. Unte con huevo y leche y coloque los tomates cherry encima.<br>5.
