Aqu\u00ed tienes una receta para un pastel de avena y zanahoria saludable con glaseado de yogur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el pastel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tazas de avena en hojuelas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de pur\u00e9 de manzana sin az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de leche de almendras (o la leche que prefieras)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 huevos grandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 zanahorias medianas, ralladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de nueces picadas (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una pizca de sal \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endulzante natural al gusto (opcional, como stevia, monk fruit o eritritol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el glaseado de yogur:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza de yogur griego natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de miel o sirope de arce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Precalentar el horno:<\/strong> Precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) y prepara un molde para hornear (preferiblemente de 20 cm) con papel pergamino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mezclar ingredientes h\u00famedos:<\/strong> En un taz\u00f3n grande, combina el pur\u00e9 de manzana, la leche de almendras, los huevos, la vainilla y el endulzante natural (si lo usas). Mezcla bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mezclar ingredientes secos:<\/strong> En otro taz\u00f3n, mezcla la avena, la canela, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combinar ingredientes:<\/strong> Vierte los ingredientes secos en los ingredientes h\u00famedos y mezcla hasta que est\u00e9n combinados. No mezcles en exceso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00f1adir ingredientes adicionales:<\/strong> Incorpora las zanahorias ralladas y las nueces picadas (si las usas). Mezcla suavemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hornear:<\/strong> Vierte la masa en el molde preparado y hornea durante 35-40 minutos, o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar el glaseado:<\/strong> Mientras el pastel se hornea, prepara el glaseado de yogur. En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, combina el yogur griego, la miel o el sirope de arce, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n (si la usas). Mezcla hasta obtener una mezcla suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfriar y glasear:<\/strong> Deja enfriar el pastel completamente antes de glasearlo.
