Es el postre perfecto para cualquier ocasi\u00f3n y el acompa\u00f1amiento ideal para un buen caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para la Masa del Pastel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 tazas<\/strong> (240 g) de harina de trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 \u00bd tazas<\/strong> (300 g) de az\u00facar granulada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 cucharaditas<\/strong> de polvo de hornear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bd cucharadita<\/strong> de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2<\/strong> huevos grandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00be de taza<\/strong> (180 ml) de leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bd taza<\/strong> (115 g) de mantequilla derretida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el Relleno de Pl\u00e1tano:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3-4<\/strong> pl\u00e1tanos maduros, rebanados en rodajas de 1 cm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para la Cobertura de Canela y Az\u00facar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00bd taza<\/strong> (60 g) de harina de trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bd taza<\/strong> (100 g) de az\u00facar granulada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 cucharada<\/strong> de canela en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4 cucharadas<\/strong> (55 g) de mantequilla fr\u00eda, cortada en cubos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara la cobertura:<\/strong> En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla la harina, el az\u00facar y la canela para la cobertura. Con los dedos o un tenedor, incorpora la mantequilla fr\u00eda hasta que la mezcla se asemeje a migas gruesas. Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara la masa:<\/strong> Precalienta el horno a <strong>180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F)<\/strong>. Engrasa y enharina un molde rectangular de 23&#215;33 cm (9&#215;13 pulgadas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol grande, combina la harina, el az\u00facar, el polvo de hornear y la sal. En otro bol, bate los huevos, la leche y la mantequilla derretida. Vierte la mezcla l\u00edquida sobre los ingredientes secos y bate hasta que la masa est\u00e9 suave y homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monta el pastel:<\/strong> Vierte aproximadamente la mitad de la masa en el molde preparado. Cubre la masa con una capa uniforme de rodajas de pl\u00e1tano. Vierte el resto de la masa sobre los pl\u00e1tanos y exti\u00e9ndela con cuidado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hornea:<\/strong> Espolvorea generosamente la cobertura de canela y az\u00facar sobre la masa. Hornea por <strong>40-45 minutos<\/strong>, o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro del pastel salga limpio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deja enfriar un poco antes de cortar en porciones y servir.
