Aqu\u00ed tienes una receta sencilla para preparar esta delicia en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e1ngos suaves y crujientes de masa de levadura<br>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 g de harina fina<br>25 g de levadura fresca<br>300 ml de agua tibia<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar<br>Aceite para fre\u00edr<br>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Levadura de la levadura: En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla la levadura con el az\u00facar y 100 ml de agua tibia. Deja reposar durante 10 minutos hasta que la levadura forme espuma.<br>Preparaci\u00f3n de la masa: Tamiza la harina en un bol grande, a\u00f1ade la sal y vierte la levadura activada. A\u00f1ade gradualmente el resto del agua tibia y amasa la masa hasta que est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica.<br>Leudado: Cubre la masa con un pa\u00f1o de cocina y d\u00e9jala reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 45-60 minutos, hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o.<br><br>Moldeado y horneado: Coloca la masa levada sobre una superficie enharinada y div\u00eddela en bolas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. Extiende o estira las bolas hasta formar una bola redonda y plana. Calienta abundante aceite en una sart\u00e9n.<br>Fre\u00edr: Fr\u00ede los langos en aceite caliente hasta que est\u00e9n dorados por ambos lados. Los langos solo necesitan 1-2 minutos por lado.<br><br>Antes de servir, escurre el exceso de aceite de los langos sobre papel absorbente.
