Precalentar el horno a 350\u00b0F\/180\u00b0C.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>2. Engrasar el molde y colocar papel manteca en el fondo y enharinar.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>3. Para el buttermilk: mezcla la leche con el jugo de lim\u00f3n y reposa 15 min.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>4. En un taz\u00f3n cernir la harina junto con el bicarbonato, sal y cacao en polvo. Reservamos\u2063<br>\u2063<br>5. En otro taz\u00f3n mezclar los huevos junto con el aceite, buttermilk y vainilla.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>6. Agregar los ingredientes secos en dos tandas y mezclar con movimientos envolventes.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>7. Agregar el az\u00facar y mezclar bien hasta integrar.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>8. Colocar la masa en el molde y hornear por 25 minutos, hasta que al insertar un cuchillo delgado o un palito de altura, este salga limpio.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>9. Dejar enfriar unos 10 minutos en el molde, luego desmoldar sobre una rejilla y dejar que enfr\u00eden completamente.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>10. Picamos nuestra torta en dos o tres partes. En una olla derrite la mantequilla incorpora la leche condensada y la leche en polvo, revuelve bien hasta formar una masa homog\u00e9nea y agrega las fresas picadas.\u2063<br>\u2063<br>2. Vi\u00e9rtelo en la primera base de la torta y le agregas la tapa que anteriormente le hab\u00edas quitado.
