{"id":2597,"date":"2024-02-15T15:00:55","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T15:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spainrecipes.top\/?p=2597"},"modified":"2024-02-15T15:00:56","modified_gmt":"2024-02-15T15:00:56","slug":"baklava-turco-una-receta-facil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spainrecipes.top\/?p=2597","title":{"rendered":"Baklava turco: una receta f\u00e1cil"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Materiales &amp; nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pastas filo&nbsp;15 hojas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nueces peladas&nbsp;250 g&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Miel l\u00edquida (miel de acacia)&nbsp;200 g&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cobertura de almendras&nbsp;150 g&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pistachos, sin c\u00e1scara, sin sal, sin sabor, sin tostar&nbsp;125 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Az\u00facar&nbsp;100 gramos&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantequilla&nbsp;100 gramos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e1s mantequilla&nbsp;50 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agua de azahar&nbsp;4 cucharadas&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pulse las frutas secas en trozos peque\u00f1os en un procesador de alimentos o a mano. A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar en polvo, 2 cucharadas de agua de azahar y 100g de mantequilla derretida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 200\u00b0C (punto de ajuste del gas 6-7), luego derrite los 50 gramos restantes de mantequilla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta 5 hojas de masa filo para que quepan en la fuente para hornear (mant\u00e9n las dem\u00e1s en una toalla de papel h\u00fameda para evitar que se sequen). Unte las hojas con mantequilla una a la vez y col\u00f3quelas en el fondo de la sart\u00e9n. Vierta la mitad de la mezcla de frutos secos. Coloque las otras 5 hojas untadas con mantequilla y luego el relleno restante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta y unta las 5 hojas restantes con mantequilla y col\u00f3calas encima de la segunda capa de relleno. Espolvorea con canela. Con un cuchillo, corte cuadrados o diamantes a lo largo del baklava. Introducir en el horno durante unos veinte minutos, tiempo necesario para dorar la masa filo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar en un cazo la miel y 2 cucharadas de azahar. Vierta la miel caliente sobre el baklava. Dejar enfriar y secar al menos un d\u00eda antes de servir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al finalCorta el baklava en rodajas y disfr\u00fatalo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Materiales &amp;
