{"id":32,"date":"2023-11-07T15:14:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T15:14:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spainrecipes.top\/?p=32"},"modified":"2023-11-07T15:14:54","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T15:14:54","slug":"tarta-de-queso-de-la-selva-negra-simplemente-deliciosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spainrecipes.top\/?p=32","title":{"rendered":"Tarta de queso de la Selva Negra: simplemente deliciosa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 huevos (tama\u00f1o M)<br>150 g de harina<br>25 g de cacao en polvo<br>1 pizca de sal<br>50 g de az\u00facar glass<br>100 g de mantequilla<br>1 vaso (720 ml) de cerezas<br>1 paquete de salsa en polvo \u201csabor vainilla\u201d (para cocinar)<br>1000 g de quark (40% grasa)<br>100 g maicena<br>150 g az\u00facar<br>1 vaina de vainilla<br>200 g cobertura de chocolate negro<br>120 g nata para montar<br>20 g<br>grasa de coco Grasa para el molde<br>Harina para la superficie de trabajo<br>Papel de horno<br>Guisantes secos<br>Papel de aluminio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.<br>Engrasar un molde desmontable (26 cm \u00d8).&nbsp;Separa 1 huevo.&nbsp;Para la masa quebrada, mezclar en un bol la harina, el cacao, la sal y el az\u00facar glass.&nbsp;Agrega la yema de huevo y la mantequilla en trozos.&nbsp;Amasar primero con el gancho amasador de la batidora de mano y luego con las manos hasta formar una masa suave.&nbsp;Estirar la masa (aprox. 26 cm \u00d8) sobre una superficie de trabajo enharinada.&nbsp;Forra la base del molde con \u00e9l.&nbsp;Enfriar durante unos 30 minutos.<br>2.<br>Escurrir las cerezas y recoger el jugo.&nbsp;Mezcle 4 cucharadas de jugo de cereza y salsa en polvo hasta que quede suave.&nbsp;Lleve a ebullici\u00f3n el jugo de cereza restante, retire la sart\u00e9n del fuego y agregue la salsa en polvo.&nbsp;Vuelva a colocarlo en la estufa caliente y cocine, revolviendo, durante aproximadamente 1 minuto.&nbsp;Incorpora las cerezas.&nbsp;Transfiera a un bol, cubra con papel de aluminio directamente sobre la compota de cerezas y deje enfriar.<br>3.<br>Forrar la masa con papel de horno.&nbsp;Colocar encima los guisantes secos y hornear en horno precalentado (cocina el\u00e9ctrica: 175 \u00b0C\/horno ventilado: 150 \u00b0C\/gas: ver fabricante) durante 12-15 minutos.&nbsp;Eliminar.&nbsp;Retirar los guisantes secos y el papel de horno y dejar enfriar la masa.<br>4.<br>Envuelva bien el exterior del molde desmontable varias veces con papel de aluminio.&nbsp;Corta la vaina de vainilla por la mitad a lo largo.&nbsp;Raspe la pulpa con el dorso de un cuchillo.&nbsp;Mezcle el quark, el resto de los huevos, el almid\u00f3n, el az\u00facar y la pulpa de vainilla con la batidora de mano hasta que quede suave.&nbsp;Distribuya la mitad de la mezcla de queso de manera uniforme sobre la base de masa quebrada.&nbsp;Agregue la compota de cerezas en cucharadas, extienda el resto de la mezcla de queso uniformemente encima y alise.&nbsp;Coloque el molde desmontable en una bandeja de goteo llena de agua caliente de modo que el molde est\u00e9 aproximadamente a 2,5 cm de altura en el agua.&nbsp;Hornear en horno caliente a fuego constante durante unos 45 minutos.&nbsp;Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla durante unas 2 horas.<br>5.<br>Picar la cobertura de chocolate negro.&nbsp;Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n la nata y la grasa de coco.&nbsp;Retira la olla del fuego.&nbsp;Agregue el chocolate y derrita mientras revuelve.&nbsp;Retirar el bizcocho del molde, sujetarlo en un aro y esparcir uniformemente el glaseado de chocolate por encima.&nbsp;Enfr\u00ede el bizcocho durante aproximadamente 1 hora.&nbsp;Soltar con cuidado el aro del bizcocho, cortar el bizcocho en trozos y servir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes 5 huevos (tama\u00f1o M)150 g de harina25 g de cacao en polvo1 pizca de sal50 g de az\u00facar glass100 g de mantequilla1 vaso (720 ml) de cerezas1 paquete de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":33,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
