P\u00ednchalo con un tenedor y d\u00e9jalo reposar un rato. Ahora coloque el hojaldre sobre una bandeja de horno enjuagada en fr\u00edo o sobre papel de horno.<br>Mientras tanto, divida los pimientos, los tomates, el jam\u00f3n y el salami en cubos. Mezcle estos ingredientes y sazone con las especias. Luego ralla el queso y reserva.<br>Luego unte el hojaldre con pasta de tomate, dejando aproximadamente 1 cm alrededor del borde. Ahora distribuye la mezcla de pimientos, tomates, jam\u00f3n y salami sobre la masa. Ahora espolvorea el queso rallado por encima.<br>Finalmente se humedece el borde del hojaldre y se coloca encima el segundo trozo de masa, se presiona firmemente y se pincela con la yema de huevo batida.
